NIGHT IN WHITE SATIN
Came across this mocktail via some advertisement in some blog..made some
minor changes.. and it turned out to be ok.. not really well though!! :(
Ingredients:
- Coconut water- 80 ml
- Pineapple juice- 20 ml
- Vanilla icecream- 2 tbsp
- Dash of lemon juice
- Crushed ice- as required
Method:
- Blend the ingredients with a hand grinder.
- Pour it in a long stemmed glass.
- Add crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and serve immediately.

its really easy to make... and the best part is that it is as tasty and yummy as the name!!
ReplyDeleteI have tried to make this recipe work as a mocktail in my bar; totally unsatisfactory. I will be working some changes on it, and imagine a virgin pina colada or ice cream soda is a better model.
