VERY BERRY PUNCH
Had seen this recipe somewhere online, have modified it a
little though.. Reviews needed asap..:)

Makes 10 glassesIngredients:

  • Fruit punch- 300 ml
  • Grenadine syrup- 8 ml
  • Lime/ lemon flavoured aerated drink- 250 ml
  • Vanilla ice cream- 10 large scoops
  • Fresh cherries- 1 cup
Method:
  • Pour fruit punch in a large bowl.
  • Stir in grenadine and lemon/ lime drink.
  • Add this mixture in 10 lowball glasses.
  • Add 1 scoop of ice cream in each glass to resemble a big fluffy cloud.
  • Put cherries on top of the ice cream cloud and serve immediately.
Variation: You can set the lemon/ lime drink in ice trays and freeze them with cherries inside them. And then these cubes can be added instead of pouring the lemon/ lime drink. And then the ice cream can be added. Looks damn cute!! :)
TORNADO TWISTER
Ingredients:
  • Cranberry/ raspberry juice- 175 ml
  • Lemon/ lime flavoured aerated drink- 175 ml
Method:
  • In a pitcher, mix the ingredients well.
  • Pour over crushed ice in a shot glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon piece and serve immediately.
GO BANANAS
Ingredients:
  • Small ripe bananas- 2 pcs
  • Coffee powder- 1.5 tbsp
  • Cold boiled milk- 150 ml
  • Vanilla ice cream- 1 scoop
Method:
  • Mash the bananas into a smooth paste or blend with a little milk.
  • Add coffee powder and beat well.
  • Slowly pour on the milk stirring constantly.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.



IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients:
  • Coffee powder- 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar- 1 tsp
  • Hot water- 1/2 cup
  • Whisky- 1 tbsp
  • Whipped fresh cream- 2-3 tbsp
Method:
  • Mix together coffee powder, water and brown sugar in a pan and bring it to a boil.
  • Pour the whisky in an Irish coffee mug and then add the hot coffee mixture over it.
  • Top it with 2-3 tbsp of whipped cream and serve immediately.

Note: Do not stir after adding the cream.

MAPLE HOT SHOT CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
  • Sugar- 125 gm
  • Baking cocoa- 15 gm
  • Salt- 2 gm(optional)
  • Butter- 2 tbsp
  • Milk- 2 ltrs
  • Maple flavouring- 10 ml
  • Vanilla flavouring- 10 ml
  • Large marshmallows- 20 pieces
Method:
  • In a large non stick pan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt.
  • Stir in hot water and butter and bring to a boil.
  • Add the milk, maple and vanilla flavouring and 10 marshmallows.
  • Heat through, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted.
  • Use a ladle and put it into cups and garnish with marshmallows.
  • Serve hot with doughnuts.
Note: Makes 10 cups.

NIGHT IN WHITE SATIN
Came across this mocktail via some advertisement in some blog..made some
minor changes.. and it turned out to be ok.. not really well though!! :(
Ingredients:
  • Coconut water- 80 ml
  • Pineapple juice- 20 ml
  • Vanilla icecream- 2 tbsp
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Crushed ice- as required
Method:
  • Blend the ingredients with a hand grinder.
  • Pour it in a long stemmed glass.
  • Add crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and serve immediately.
