
IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients:
- Coffee powder- 1 tsp
- Brown sugar- 1 tsp
- Hot water- 1/2 cup
- Whisky- 1 tbsp
- Whipped fresh cream- 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Mix together coffee powder, water and brown sugar in a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Pour the whisky in an Irish coffee mug and then add the hot coffee mixture over it.
- Top it with 2-3 tbsp of whipped cream and serve immediately.
Note: Do not stir after adding the cream.
