Ingredients:
- Sugar- 125 gm

- Baking cocoa- 15 gm
- Salt- 2 gm(optional)
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Milk- 2 ltrs
- Maple flavouring- 10 ml
- Vanilla flavouring- 10 ml
- Large marshmallows- 20 pieces
Method:
- In a large non stick pan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt.
- Stir in hot water and butter and bring to a boil.
- Add the milk, maple and vanilla flavouring and 10 marshmallows.
- Heat through, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted.
- Use a ladle and put it into cups and garnish with marshmallows.
- Serve hot with doughnuts.
Note: Makes 10 cups.
