When i started cooking some years back, i knew nothing the various dals, flour etc etc.. But my mother was a great help and not to forget Google.. Now that i run my blog, i thought of creating a glossary of the commonly used hindi and english names of the various ingredients!! Further addition to the list is welcome from all..:)
